This Joomla booking website has a custom booking component designed for the specific needs of this business.  Initially just a basic booking website it was enhanced and expanded over a number of years as the business grew.  Some of the enhancements we added include:

• online payment options including the ability to add services at checkout,
• enhanced reporting capabilities,
• date based discounting,
• discount codes,
• day of the week pricing,
• affiliate tracking
• SMS reminders
• automated post booking "thank you" emails with review link

At the same time we had the site ranking consistently at number one for all desired keywords and the Google Profile listing also ranked consistently in the top three. 

Pre covid this business was the dominent off airport parking business on the Gold Coast.  Unfortunately with the closing of state and federal borders during the covid pandemic the business became non-viable.  We were however able to take the booking system we had developed and worked with the business owner to move into other businesses including Car and Caravan Storage and Ezy Caravan Hire.
